About Me
Dennis de Man is a Dutch AI developer and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in software, data-driven systems and agentic AI architectures. His work focuses on the interaction between humans and models, hybrid alignment mechanisms and real-world AI integration.
His interest in computers emerged at a young age when he taught himself programming languages such as Basic, Pascal and Turbo Pascal. As a teenager, he built Bulletin Board Systems (BBS), interactive teletext services and experimented with early forms of online communication — experiences that formed the foundation for his later career.
At the age of 17, Dennis started his first company and worked on commercial internet and teletext services. In the years that followed, he developed high-impact software for Dutch and international clients. During this period, he became co-owner of an Indian software development company, where he led cross-continental teams and realized large-scale projects.
In 2014, Dennis founded SignageSolutions.com, a European digital signage platform that combines cloud infrastructure, IoT integrations and AI-driven content publishing. The company grew into a leading player and formed the basis for his further specialization in data and artificial intelligence.
Since the breakthrough of modern LLMs, Dennis has focused entirely on GenAI, agentic AI, multi-agent system design and AI-driven automation. He develops decision engines, adaptive workflows, AI operator tools and systems in which multiple AI agents collaborate. In addition, he conducts research into model behavior in regulated environments, focused on alignment, safety and dynamics.
